I hear you. They got back to me a few days later and provided me a tracking number. It looks like they did indeed send it on the same day I ordered but the tracking number has been stuck at a certain "depart location" status since the 9th with no update since then. The USPS estimated arrival date was the 11th and they're usually accurate for me. I hope it didn't get lost.
