Tried to search for it couldn't really find anything. Im getting my deadlift up to pretty good numbers (315rep 415 5x5), and want to try a belt. If i buy one how do i go about sizing it. Should i puff my gut out and then use that as my max, and use my waist as a min, then find a belt with in that range? Thanks for the help. looking at the inzer lever belts 13mm
