What did you get in the way of side effects ???

Also what doses and what improvements(gains) did you see.

I think the usual stuff -- typical dosage = 1-2 iu/day, run for several months, results w/o AAS are very limited and have to be done over a long period of time. There really aren't any sides, though I've heard of people getting bloated sometimes. Diet needs to be very clean. No muscle gain can be expected from GH alone.
 
Oh, I was reading the guys did lose some BF and the gains were more permanent.
So maybe it's different for us ladies :(

You can lose bodyfat on it, but its a slow process. Takes AT LEAST 3 months, more like 4-6 months to get those results. Honestly you can do the same w/ tweaked diet & training and its alot cheaper. It isn't a male / female hormone so the results are essentially the same as for guys though.
 
I spoke with my doc that monitors my "stuff". Asked him about it regarding women. Same as Sas says, but one negative in my opinion. If you don't have really good will power and a clean diet, it will hurt your dieting in the long run. You are able to cheat much more while on, so many people just eat worse when they see how it works. Then when off, you have to re-train yourself not to cheat to stay ripped. I can cheat 2-3 times a week and stay as lean as when I'm off and only cheat once a week. Not a cheap way to stay lean! There are some extra healing effects that are nice, thats what I use it for.

Also very important to watch your blood sugar and stay away from high gi foods. If you don't, you can screw yourself up. I have some ex-bb friends that are now Type II from iresponsible use!

First check your diet for anything that might be making you retain water. I've also seen a few posts on different boards about retention dropping if you go to an EOD basis instead of ED.

Shooting 2x ed helps. In the long run, only lower dose helps me though.
