Updated some things changed, training mostly,

I feel like training more frequently, so the pattern will just be 3 days on 1 day off, also diet will be in caloric parameters, but the inclusion of beans and rice will be added as carb sources
lets see what happens in 35 days
Ok I will divert all my mental energy for a mini cutting phase.


THE DIET

eggs & protien 44.........oatmeal&honey 50

protien powder 44.........orange 20

turkey 40.................wheat bread 40

protien powder 44.........orange 20

lean steak 50.............vegitables 20

grams of protien----------grams of carbs



Starting weight 250

3 days on 1 day off

Spiropent clenbuterol

I did a assesing tolerance run for about 5 days, about 3 days a go

and 3 pills is plenty 4 is pushing it.

so heres how I will do it

1st run 2-2-2.5-2.5-3- 3- 3.5- 3.5- 4- 4- 1-2-1

then 5 days off

2nd run 2-2-2.5-2.5-3- 3- 3.5- 3.5- 4- 4- 1-2-1

then 5 days off


then relax for a week or 2 for a light phase


I hope this thread does not get moved or deleted.

cus I want to post a little update every day.

just 2-3 sentances, or to answer any questions.

on every off day from training wich is every 4th day I will note weight changes

Day 1

2 clen

diet ...followed to a tee

got a date so I will not have more than 1 drink, and no bad food

just came back

we just had coffee, no food, and we went for a long walk, and made out for a good 40 minutes, that burned calories right

Older women rule!!!!! she is 33.....I am 23.........she thinks I am 27 ....but we had a good time.


no break in diet, will run tommorow for maybe 4-5 miles for broke

Day 2

2 clen one in the am, one at noon post workout

woke up in the am and even though I lifted yesterday, I felt like hitting Back and Bis briefly.

So instead of running just 5 miles, I ran 3 miles

and jogged the rest of the way to the gym.

workout.

Seated Hamstriing curls, 4 sets of 12
Hyper Extentions, 4 sets of 12



bent rows, 4 sets pyramid
puldowns, 4 sets straight sets

inc db curls, 4 sets pyramid
dbell preacher curls, 4 sets straight sets

diet on cue,

and enegy levels good

off day.

weight 249

already feel a little more energetic, especially when chewing the tabs with coffee.

sleep, wass so, so- but I don't feel tired, hence I am up at 3:00 am

day off was needed yesterday

2.5 clen today

I hit chest and tris, with some sqauts, and damn I was tired today.

I had enough for chest, but that was about it

diet was almost on, execept I did not get enough protien



workout.

squats, 3 by 15.


leg raises, 5 by 15

inc db fly 3 by 25's just for warm up.

flat press.

50 by 8

good pump

tris not worth righting down

fat is coming off, but it is obviuos that an anabolic should be stacked with clen if you try to lift regularly and do cardio both.

will run tonight

then will pretend tommorrow is day 3 in the program, and folllow with a day off.

and then foolow the program that I outlined above
more closely.

because when I hit back more directll and hard with bis on day 3 I think my recuperative poweres were drained, considering the sparce diet, and supplement

diet toady was roughly like the one I outlined but only concsisted of black beans and rice,

dieting is hard when good foos is around in ample quantities.

you really have to pace your self on clen,

the alertness is there, and the strength too, but you have to take a mild break after sets.

ok went out last night with best bud, went to bar had drinks danced with some girls, had a good time, I really got tired a calorie burn because of the clen,

but I am thinking of topping out at 3.....

it is almost too much for me.

I remebered talking to a girl and we were sharing dome thoughts over a nice drink, and after about 5 sentences of consecutive speaking on my part I would get light headed.( the band was loud, so I had to talk over them)

it was not the drink, it was the clen, because the same thing happened earlier at work.

as for working out, today is off:)

2.5-3 pounds for sure not bad for one week, I am wondering how you guys eat beyod 4-5 clen a day???:confused:

but then again I am not on an anabolic so I could imagine if you took one, it might make it easier

Day 10

clen

just did 30 minutes of stairs on an empty stomach.

and did tons of hyper extensions after....try it your butt will feel on fire..in a good way.


just had some natural yogurt, with a tiny bit of honey tatal carbs 35.....so it's not so bad. and I had tons of water.

planing on doing

delts and tris tonight.

also I will do a weigh in in about 2 days

<fingers crossed> pants are looser though, but shirt sleeves are tighter.

definatly next time.......one should do real low dosages of an anabolic with clen if cutting is your primary concern.

the clen does have somewhat of a negative effect on training and lifting, and muscle density...but it does work

no more clen..i was going to taper but the hell with that...I have enough in me.

I will stay clean afor 5-7 days

I am pretty tired today, but non the less I will hit some cardion and abs this morning,

and at night just back.

then take a day off for a weigh in

did the cardio, actually turned out to be good (energizing) and abs went well.

my tris are so sore from yesterday!!!!

love that feeling

so I wont right it down

thats 4 consecutive double days in a row.

so tommorrow will a day off.
 
Day 12


I look better in the mirror,

but am 246:mad:

4 pounds is ok I guess for 12 days.

but still you would think it would be accelerated by clen

no.......... I know it's not a miracle pill, but my diet and training have been right on, so it is not me.

also....... yes I am doing low dosages, but how anyone can handle more than 4 or 5 of those spiropent is beyond me.

maybe its just me......oh well.

eca in the morning and rain a mountain so hard that I think I will probably be sore in the am.

after work had a cup of coffee and hit chest.

it was good but those 2 days off through me out of the loop.

Day 16

only 25 minutes of stairs in the am

to tell you the truth guys I feel better with the clen out of my system

but the stuff burn fat so oh well.

after class I hit upper back and biceps.

I don't hit legs too hard for 2 reasons

1 my legs are gifted..they grow easy.

and

2 I am doing sifficient cardio at an intensity level that is high.

running up and down big hills is a leg workout





(mental note) no/, yes 30 outside/, yes 45 inside, no/, yes outside 30 outside/ yes 45 inside.

Day 17

oh well

I am definatly more muscular.

I did cardio for 45 minutes in the am

with one leg exercise for each part of the leg after the cardio

5 sets of leg press

5 sets of calfs

3 sets of hamstring curls

3 sets of hyper extentions.
 
Day 18

clen started again

no cardio in the am

but pm

did shoulders and triceps

good workout.

the presses were with 135 for about 9 reps on the 5th set so I consider that good since I use really stict form.

good workout.

got a spontaniuos date with a little somethen tonight, that should burn some calories.

goind to do cardio and back tommorrow.

I have a thoery on clen that I will prove to my self and share with you guys
