lets see the bulkiest 5'6-5'7 guy

i just want to set a goal for myself. I always feel by looking at a picture of someone i want to look like always works for me. I start small and then move onto the next picture lol but pretty much i know itll take years for the pics you guys are about to post unless you have some of yourself.

That's why I got a life size cut out of Brad Pitt with a frame around it hanging on my wall. I use it as my mirror.
 
that is the craziest fucking back i have ever fucking seen....thats unbelievable. He must of split his damn shirts trying to put them on...holy fuck. Does anyone know whats his back training schedule looked like and the types of exercises he did to get his back like that?
 
franco was an anomoly. pure power and density. benching 405 for 10 in pumping iron and stopping to laugh at like rep 7 or 8.

I dig Columbo... when on tren I shot up to 185, i'm like 167 now, but yeah dude at 5 8 I was thick as night.
 
Hello!!! The thread title says the bulkiest 5' 6- 5' 7 guy on these terms BW is the most massive and muscular among the pros, Franco is 5' 5 never was over 200lbs on a contest, sure he was strong and stronger than BW, but he did strength training too not just pure bodybuilding which BW does. So the bulkiest 5' 7 is Branch Warren, bulk doesn't mean strength, bodybuilding doesn't mean relative strength and I surely respect Franco he is one of my all time favourite.

Hey brah! How are you doing? Yes Dorian has to be the real freak, hardness was his name, he is my all time favourite hands down.
 
i was replying to his statement when em said branch warren had the best legs ever.

i didn't really pay attention to the 5'6-5'7 statement.

branch is a beast, but some guys looked better than him back in the seventies that were his height.

yea, im not a fan of todays bbing at all. ill go to shows and read all about it but it would never be a goal for me to look like that. its beyond the next level. branch is a beast but whens enough enough.

Agreed. I'd like to see a modern bber jump rope like Franco did. He was huge and still very limber.
