i'm with Jenscats, jalepeno mustard is awesome, i've been eating it with my broccoli, which sounds kinda bad but its really good.
I also use a lot of cinnamon, a little bit of splenda, ANPB, sugarfree syrups, fruit
For most meals, spices are a no-calorie way to liven things up:
Lemon Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Chives, Dill Weed - all some you might want to try.
Tea is better than water and contains TONS of anti-oxidants (lipton teas have the amount of anti-oxidants per serving on the box)
Sugar-Free Jello w/small amt of whipped topping
Cheese or Velveeta usually makes most stuff better
Salsa
Unsweeted Herseys cocoa mixed with splenda & water
Diet Root Beer, Heavy whipping cream & ice for a low-carb Root Beer float
ANPB on celery or on a banana or straight. It usually satisfys my cravings. Although some cravings are unstoppable. Raisins are pretty good too but I usually make sure I down them earlier in the day.
low carb, fat free vanilla coffee mate. good for mixing with anything you put vanilla protein powder in: shakes, vanilla oatmeal (that shit is good), it'd prolly work on baked good to, never tried.
