I want to make a thread that lists a ton of good tasting foods we can eat, that will help keep our brains sane while cutting.......so we are less tempted to go on a pizza / ice-cream binge.

Some of the things that help me are:.......y'all feel free to add

Hot Sauce: omg could not stand eating chicken everyday with out it

Fresh fruit: for the sweet tooth, and does miracles when added to the bland taste of oatmeal

Splenda sugar substitute, billions of uses's

Crysal LIte isntead of just water

Dry Roasted Peanuts recently just found out these things are a great healthy snack....just don't go crazy

...........your turn

BBQ sauce and A1 steak sauce are my favs.

I dont really watch the sodium when I cut. Just drink a good 1.5 gals of water and you're straight.

Tuna mixed w/ hummus. Lean Red Meat (I could not do this eating only chicken breasts). Blueberries for the oatmeal (fruit is my favorite form of sweetener!) The lovely Sweet Potato.

Oh, and 1 or 2 healthy (depending on your marcros) homecook meals (not cheat meals) per week. I usually save this for the weekend.

Low fat ricotta w/ slpenda and cocoa powder, add instant espresso too for mocha flavor. Sugar free pudding, mix in protien. Add fruit to non fat cottage cheese.
