Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Gyno came out of nowhere one night nothing and next morning had lump and sore do not know what happened, anyway started letro (l-femm) 2 weeks ago. Ramped up 0.5-2.5mg and nothing, I upped to 5mg ED and nothing no loss of sex drive on sore joints, still sore with no improvement. Starting to think chem I have is bunk!

Yes bro that L-femm is TOTAL bunk garbage...... I was using it for 3 weeks and it had ZERO effect on my joints, sex drive and my gyno was getting worse by the day!!! In a state of panic, I got some generic tabs from R-X health and after 6 days now, my sex drive is starting to plummet, and I feel lethargic as hell.... The hottest girl could walk by in her bra and I could care less. Not pleasant feelings but at least I know it is probably real Letro this time!!! (not some brown BS liquid that cost me a pretty penny!!!!!) Hopefully the lumps are soon to vanish next!!!

that si why I tell people to run hcgenerate during the time they are using letro and trying to get rid of gyno. Some people dont listen to me though!!!!
Anyway I have a good 80^ perfect gyno removal rate another 10% have it shrunk enough to where they almost dont know they have it and then some are the very very few of the unlucky people.
I work with people on a one on one basses week by week. I have worked with thousands of cases and I do it all for free. I could charge for this advice if I wanted and have plenty of people who would help by posting there experience (many have all over the site) but I choice to do it for free. The reason I do it for free is I feel its pretty damn wrong to take advantage of some one when they are down like this. I dont feel right about charging when some one is in a place of vulnerability like having gyno and needing help... Many people with gyno, getting gyno, or had gyno for a long time are willing to do and pay almost anything to get rid of it. Its not right to take advantage of them like that.
So point being. If you need help I am always here to help with this. I try my best to be humble, not have a ego, and just be one of the guys around here. But its pretty damn clear I know my shit. And I would help anyone in need. So pm me if you need help. Thanks

Be warned SuperDave, gyno excision will remove the lumps and most glands but not all. Typically Plastic Surgeons leave small amounts of gland so the nipples don't die (blood supply can be cut). I had gyno surgery nearly 6 months ago, two weeks ago started a cycle hoping it wouldn't come back and it did. As long as there is gland in there the lumps can come back. Debating on talking to Plastic Surgeon about removing all glands and what options there are with that.
Also, I hear all this talk about letrozole and it curing gyno. From what I know about gyno I don't think that's possible. Once a gland is stimulated and breast tissue forms it doesn't go away. It may change from being a hard lump when active to softening out considerably when not active but it never just dissapears.
