This is an endless argument with varying results. I personally used it a couple years ago and the small gyno lumps appeared to get smaller. Since then (2 cycles), they have re-appeared slightly and are "poofy" when soft.

I have started using letro again @ 1.25 mg ed midcycle to combat this situation or atleast prevent it from progressing.

The purpose of this poll is to evaluate everyone's PERSONAL results and stir up some conversation on this matter....

A quick note, vets please feel free to fill in - I think it is important when using letro to pyramid down when coming off in order to prevent an estrogen backlash. When I used it originally, I did not pyramid down, but stopped cold turkey. It's hard to remember but I think the lumps were nearly gone and may have returned (atleast the poofiness did) once I quit taking the letro.

My plan is to run letro @ 1.25 mg ed for 3-4 weeks. I'll then cut down to .5 mg ed and through pct I will use arimidex @ .5mg ed and slowly pyramid from there.

Any advice or input appreciated!

I always do. This cycle I started with arimidex and the puffiness is still getting bad. I feel like letro works wonders. Keeps nips ok and dries me out nicely.

On the other hand, nolva didn't work at all for me.

Are you using tren or deca - if so your puffy nips may be due to progesterone, in which case you need Cabase/ Dostinex

First time I got small lumps was from a tren, proviron and test cycle. I ran aromasin at 25mg ED and cabaser at 0.5mg E3D for about a month after PCT. The lumps seemed to subside and pretty much disappear after I stopped using aromasin/cabaser. Then I got them back recently after an NPP & Prop cycle. I just finished a course of letro (ramping up and down to/from 2.5mg), ran it for about 3 weeks. One completely disappeared, the other one is almost gone. Decided to stop the letro and switch over to a milder anti-estrogen (using Sustain and Post-Cycle) now... going to see if the remaining lump goes away. I chose Sustain and Post-cycle as opposed to Nolva (I hate nolva).

Agreed, nolva was garbage in my experience. Works for some though - I even tried it from a different source because I was thinking it was bunk shit, but still no luck.
