I came across a product called lemme debloat daily digestive gummies
What do you think about this product is it worth trying out. I tend to get a lot of gas especially after a meal

I have heard of the Lemme Debloat, I have heard great reviews from reducing

Just get some psyllium husk that you can mix in water and drink or get some Metamucil capsules if you don't want to drink it.
