You know, I used to throw up on every leg workout. Haven't thrown up regularly for a couple years. I'm still intense, and probably have the best workouts of my life, but I think that I know my body better now and am able to skate close to the edge without going off...
Besides, it's hard enough to get the calories you need without puking them all out... lol...
I'm suprised it's just after you work legs. I used to do a couple sets, go puke, and go back for more... ah, the good ol' days...
