Can someone please help???????

My legs are like little sticks. My arms are bigger than my legs. Please help, it is so embarresing. All my friends are going to this cool swimming party on sunday but I cant go because my legs look shit in shorts.. I am really desperate.
 
Had the same problem when I was younger....heavy squats and calf raises......I am still not symetrical but lots better!
 
i for one have the opposite problem my fuckin legs are huge and my upper body is always playing catch up. use heavy compound movements like squats, leg presses, hack squats i even like lunges. stick with the basics and they will grow but forget about that pool party man there not gonna grow that fast...good luck- lexus
 
A. Squats Squats Squats(but they won't grow as fast u want)...

B. You can be the guy who sits around the pool drinkin and flirting with the fat insecure chicks...or...

C. Quickly sneak into the pool to cover up your legs. Then when you get out grab a big towel and wrap it around your waist so that it hangs over your legs. :)

SQUAT bro!! Squat every leg day. Forget about machines. JUST SQUAT. And squat heavy, and below paralell. Deads and straight-legged deads are key too.

mine were too.
I started doing 5 sets of 8 to 12 reps of squats.
3 sets of leg press (6-8 reps).
2 sets of dead lifts (8 reps).
and I run up the 20 flights of stairs in my building bouncing off my calves.
my legs are starting to bulk up.
Once your legs start growing the rest of your body will grow better as well.

I think that if you would squat it might help and when your done with the squats, do some heavy squats.
