I don't know if I can say "better" per se, just because I usually measure choline by the dose, and take 500-1000mgs. Because I was taking this stuff by the FIST I might have been getting 4000 mg of choline alone. Having said that, I felt way better on the lecithin, so it may have been from mega-dosing the choline, and may have been from one of the other compoounds found in it. I'm going to give myself a record choline dose today and see if it produces the same result.
