three thoughts on this because this is my other halfs most chronic problem..and I'd be willing to bet its a combo of all three
1. visceral fat; this really sucks because its a dangerous type of fat to have and you have to work harder to get rid of it..you might just lean this way genetically
2. lousy posture; this is an under developed core..not bad abs but the rest of your core is lousy...does it go away or minimize if you stand up straight with shoulders back and really concentrate on looking tall and lean?
3. bloat; bloat can be caused by some interesting offenders..like coffee, undigested protein, undigested fiber, not enough water...if you have actual bloat from a water retention issue it won't necc go away with just drinking a gallon of water ..it could take a few days of drinking a gallon of water a day..it may require a little lemon added to the water..you may have a problem with bloat with sweeteners
I'm gonna guess if one thing doesn't just stand out to you like "my family members have little guts; my lower back feels fatigue; I drink coffee like its my job" you might have a little combination of all three or...im way off base and you have worms
