Hi, I am about to prepare for my second AAS cycle, here are my current stats
23 years old
6'0" 190lbs
7% bf
Lifting for 5 years
My last cycle went like this
Week 1-4 Dbol 25mg a day
Week 1-10 Test E 500mg a week
HCG Week 9-10...I think I did like 500mg every three days or something along that line
Weeks 11-14 Nolva 40/40/20/20
I ate pretty dirty about 350 grams of protein a day and not being very careful about carbs initially because I was lean before this and didn't typically gain fat. I went up to about 205lbs from 175...and I would say about 15 pounds of that was fat and water weight.
I didn't realize how much weight I gained but now after being off of the cycle for about 6 months and looking back at pictures of me mid-cycle...Holy shit!! I had a greasy moonface! I didn't watch my sodium intake very much over this period but I did take two showers a day and I still had a greasy sheen in pictures...plus acne that erupted on my chest around week 6. I also took some nolva for the last two weeks I was on dbol because my nips started to get itchy and sensitive and puffy.
Anyway, I am now preparing for two different marathons (one in october, one in december) and I am doing heavy cardio training a few days per week with a friend who is competing with me also. I would like to go on a cycle this summer, but...
A. Make it as much of a lean (keepable) gain cycle as possible
B. Have as few androgenic side effects as possible
C. Be able to maintain a strict cardio training regime while doing this lean bulk.
The last time I was on dbol...I felt like I could lift up a car...but run three miles? Noooo way. Any cardiovascular ability I had was shot when on AAS.
So I am thinking about running another cycle starting in about a month...I will eat completely clean , run about seven miles three nights a week, and stick to a good weight training regime during this period.
Does anyone have a good idea of a cycle I could run while training this way? I would really like to avoid all bloat and acne (because I am prone to it)...I am almost certain I am going to drop the D-bol this time around....I heard people talk about EQ or Winny being a good suggestion...but then I also heard a lot of people say that it was a waste of time and money and it would be better to just up the test and run an AI with it...but then I read that running an AI with it is completely counter productive and would make more sense to just lower the dose altogether?
Most people say "Any cycle can be a bulking or a cutting cycle depending on how you eat", but I completely disagree if anyone tries to say that Dbol could be a good cutting steroid.
Assuming money wouldn't be a serious issue, what would a good cycle for my goals?
