Lance Armstrong came second in today's first stage of the Tour de France - an individual time trial. And he passed Ulrich on the course putting him over 1 minute down. I think Armstrong has stamped his presence on the race pretty emphatically.

I suppose this looks good for him. He didn't do comparativly as well at that prep race. Did they tell you what his BF% was?

I don' think so. But I had 2 TVs on next to each other - one with the tour on and the other with the London Live8. So it didn't have my full attention all of the time
