Got my DAA today, star nutrition DAA. Got some chocolate proteinbars for free to they were tasty. the daa itself tasted like shit. yeah might not need it but i thought why the hell not just try to maximize my recovery. Looking around my sources to find Clomid aswell, not an easy task in my country.

squat 200x5 (KILOGRAMS)

and as of now i am at 152 bench, 231.5 deadlift and 202.5 squat. 104.1kg at the moment.

I've been told that just because your ballsack starts to loosen up, or nuts getting more filled or if they have noticeble pain in them(as if growing pain, same pain you had when atrophy happen) is NO indication that its a recovery process. is this true? my balls have had noticeble pain for two days straight.

In my experience when the aching begins is when the recovery begins

Roger that bro, ill take your experience on that makes sense because when they shutoff its the same aching as the "wake up" part which should indicate that they are trying to get back on duty. Feels great after your statement cheers

Due to my time being on (3yrs) its safe to say nolva for 7wks is ok to do? I have 49x 20mg tabs and consider using them all. Seen some long serm usage studies proven good. Opinions??
