Hi all,
In hindsight I realise how irresponsible and I was but better late than never. So to make the long story short, did 2 oral only cycles (var+winny), started the 3rd by the time I realised what I should had done. Did pct, all good, decided to add T to this cycle with a bit of nolva and aromasin and will get blood work done afterwards.....(Why the hell have I not researched this before I decided to take oral crap?...now I have no baseline....)
So question is: how much test-e should I run to top up the var-primo cycle? (50mg var, 130mg primo /week). Was thinking about 400mg/week
I just need to preserve muscle whilst the HIIT + calorie deficit takes care of the fat.
Currently cutting, 6th week on calorie deficit, strength and cv still good.

Weight: 179 lbs
Height: 5'7
BF: not sure, only have calipers... So not accurate ... Between 10-13% (got 4packs already but no full 6)
Been doing martial arts for 15 years with a short break weightlifting for 10 years.
