I throw injections in my lats all the time... I do my training partners shots there also... People think I am strange for liking the injections there, but it is such a huge muscle, one would think this would be one of the best places for injections... hell, I do. ...and putting three cc's in one spot is no problem at all.

I guess it's just an uncommon place for it, that's why people think it is so strange. It is tough to do it yourself, which I did find out...

None the less, it's virtually painless.

xbiker- it is much easier to do lat injections if you are standing facing a mirror, and put one arm up on the wall next to you or something... You don't have to go behind your body like you did... You can put it right underneath the outside of your armpit... it is much easier to do yourself that way.. if you have the luxury of somebody doing it for you, you can line your lats with shots if you see fit. and if you are using fina (or anything else good for localized growth), put half in one lat and half in the other... it looked like you only did one cc, so maybe just switch back and forth between lats, but on bigger injections split them up.

Good info. I shall try that tonight, as I am shooting the left side.

I did use a mirror, but I was seated.
