Last phase of my LONG cycle......

Well I've been "on" for some time now and in another 7-8 weeks will be "off." Going to take the whole winter off and just train naturally just like I did last year.(took 6 months "off" from the sauce) BTW - nuts are still ok. Not perfect but that is to be expected anyway. hehehe.

Right now im currently running 250mg sus every 5 days and 150mg fina eod along with femera at 2.5mg eod and once that runs out will continue again with liquidex at just 1mg eod. Also taking 3 pills of md-6 when waking up and 4 on workout days. Only one dose taken with a cup of green tea.

As for diet im realizing I have to start eating healthier. After tonight(I have chicken nuggets in the toaster as we speak. hehehe)for the rest of this cycle I will still eat a good amount but cut out all the desserts and after a certain time cut back on the amounts of carbs. Post cycle im going to be eating on point to help me maintain my muscle and to carry those good habits hopefully into next year as well. Taking my extra vitamins and minerals as well but no other supplements. Protein shakes during this phase is only taken at post workout since I really can't stomach shakes too well. Post cycle will be using glutamine at 30 grams ed(not taking it now although I should but it's positive anti-catabolic effects will be more pronounced during post cycle when my body will be in an extreme catabolic state)and also creatine at 10 grams post workout only. ZMA plus b-12 injections are also an option. Clomid therapy is mandatory of course.

No smoking and no getting drunk during this phase. A drink or two every now and then with my people are ok but gotta change my summer habits.

Currently 5'10 - 223 pounds with a decent bf% im guessing from what the mirror tells me. hehehe At least I still look good with a tight tank top and shorts but abs are not perfect. Oh well summer is over and I had a good time this summer. Now im back to work bouncing and been doing some independant personal training but thinking of getting a job at NY Sport's Club. We'll see how everything goes im so FUCKIN MOTIVATED NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

Next workout will be on Monday. Have alot of things to do this weekend(involving manual labor)and I won't have the time or the energy.

Deadlifts first then some biceps, and forearms work.

Deadlift weights using wrist straps but no belt or knee wraps:

135-225-315-405-(545/max set)-405-315

Biceps get 3 exercises:

Seated incline dumbell curls (with supination and pronation) x 3
Seated incline hammer curls x 3
Barbell preacher curls x 3

Forearms get 3 exercises:

Barbell reverse wrist curls x 3
Barbell wrist curls x 3
Hammer wrist curls x 3

**Goal deadlift is 600 pounds by the time this cycle is complete.**

I resisted drinking tonight(shit it's saturday and I have friends coming over to relax and drink but im resisting!!!!) and I didn't have a cigarette yesterday or today as well. I also ate really good today. Chicken breasts and rice and also with some pasta for all my meals today. Will still have a cheat day though once a week. Next week on Friday. I can eat anything I want on that day but no sugary drinks.

Gotta take my dose of femera tonight as well. Didn't take it yesterday as I originally planned. Gonna take 2.5mg every third day now. Half life is 50 hours so it will still be in my system good enough by then.

*So 5 meals since I woke up today.

meals 1 & 2 - 2 chicken breasts each meal with rice

meal 3 - cut up chicken pieces and cheddar pasta

meal 4 - 2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites and 2 pieces of cheese and rice

meal 5 - chicken noodle soup with rice and a protein shake

**This is the cleanest I have eaten in one whole day in months!!!!!

Feel so good today. Ate good for my first 2 meals. Water retension is down and is really noticeable already. Femera is doing it's job nicely plus im no longer pigging out so I don't feel bloated. It's weird but I don't even want to smoke or get drunk anymore. Well I know the urge to get drunk will kick in on those special occasions but I seriously need to get back to the old me. I'm on my way now and I feel like GOD!!! :garza:

BTW - another perfect day!! hehehe.....

Well that sucks!!! I didn't get up the 545. Got it up 1/4 of the way but it just wouldn't go. :mad:

Dropped it to 495 and got it up for 1. Didn't try for a second. Completed the rest of my workout although I didn't end up doing calf work.
 
Ok it's late and I was still wide awake as usual around this time. Need to fix my sleeping pattern so I decided to take 2 advils, and 2 nytols and a good shot of rasperry smirnoff. Not the healthiest thing I know but I really need to start waking up earlier. Where is an ambien when you need it?? Drinking some green tea right now to relax the stomach. It has caffeine in it I know but not enough to keep me up.

Hopefully I will wake up around 11'ish :p

No thermogenic supplements will be taken today. I will still have my green tea though.

First meal is 3 whole eggs, a chicken breast, and some rice. MMMMMM!!!!!!!!

*Feeling like shit now so I decided to change my workout a little and train at Bally's tonight instead of Synergy. Probably around 8:00 still.

*Going to take 2 pills of md-6 later along with 1 cup of green tea. Decided on workout days if working out later in the day I will double dose for the day.

*Gotta buy more md-6 and green tea.

Should have ate more today before the gym. Not as pumped as I usually am. Still got a good pump just not like im used to. Then again I've been eating healthier and less than I usually do so less glycogen storage within the muscle im thinking. Oh well time to refuel my body.

Ahhhh feel good now. Another meal or 2 before I go to bed. Anyway planning my leg and ab workout now for Friday.

Had one hour of sleep yesterday. GREAT!!!!! Oh well maybe I will finally get to bed early tonight and get my sleeping pattern fixed. For the millionth try. :p

Taking my dose of md-6 now. Only need to stay up til 9-10 then im going to sleep. Wake up, eat, then go to the gym for a good hardcore workout. Then I get to have a huge cheat meal afterwards!!! I've decided to limit it to one big cheat meal on Friday's instead of the whole day. Im getting disciplined!! ;)


Ahhhhhh just woke up a little bit ago. Took a nice 4 hour nap. Shit even with the md-6 I was able to fall asleep. Damn I was fuckin tired. That shit made me wake up to take a piss like every half hour though. BTW - not even one week since eating healthier and doing everything on point and im looking so much leaner already. my phase and my abs are looking more chiseled. The femera im sure is helping as well. Another 3-4 weeks of this and I'll be lean as fuck im sure of it. Will post pics. :D

Had little sleep again yesterday. Definately not going out tonight. Need the rest. It's my boy's b-day though and everyone's going to the city but I doubt I'll make it. Need to be on point and keep myself away from the party scene for a while. Im going to go to bed early to catch up on missed sleep this week. Well im home. Took a 2 hour nap this afternoon, got woken up by my friend, then went to the gym with her. Trained legs and abs after all...


Barbell squats: 135-225-(315/Did 16 reps to parallel. Could have done a few more I know but wasn't feeling up to it.)

Seated leg curls: 150-(Thye whole rack plus 5 pounds added)

Dumbell lunges: 40 pounds held each hand x 1 set

Adductor machine: Whole rack x 1 set

Abs - Shit did alot I don't even remember

Then jump roped for a bit.

Alot of leg stretching


So much stress tonight............ The shit I get myself into.....

Cheat meal time... 2 pork chops with rice, a big bowl of new england clam chowder, and a big bowl of cinnamon toast crunch with 2% milk. :p

BTW - that cheat meal did not do anything to satisfy me. Shit I should have had my ice cream and cookies!!! FUCK!!!!!! I need to smoke and I can't. Better for me I gotta keep telling myself that. It's been one whole week since I have. Good shit!

I slept 11 1/2 hours!!! Ahhhh I feel refreshed. Gotta get ready though work is in 2 hours. :D

Note to self. Bring more food to work. I was fuckin starving!!! Easy as hell though. Got put in the house room. Ahhh brings back memories. Ate at Denny's afterwards. Shit food but oh well at least I got my protein in, as well as too much extra fat and carbs though.

Tommorow just 2 cups of green tea without md-6 when waking. Monday I will pick up some more md-6 and continue taking it again this time lowering it to 2 pills a day and 3 on workout days with one cup of green tea.

Monday is Back, biceps, and forearms day. Can't wait!! :D
 
Breakdown of the past week:

*Feel so much better since I haven't gotten drunk or smoked a cigarrette. Obviously....

*Eating normal and averaging 5 good meals a day. Most meals are moderately high still in fat with some good carbs in them but I limit it before bedtime.

*On weekends is when I can have my cheat foods. Not an excuse to go all out though but if I feel like having some of my cheat foods I will have it.

*Losing bodyfat im noticing already and looking much nicer. Face it getting leaner even. Femera plus the changes in diet is helping a good deal even with the limited amounts of fat burners im taking and doing 0 cardio.

*Overall im pleased with this way things are going and im going to stick with this plan over the course of my "off" time.

***I am going to be training with much more intensity while off though but in alot less time. Resting little in between sets. Just in and out. Workouts should be half hour at most.


Ok not finished with the breakdown. Looks like I have to add drinking and a little bit of smoking to the mix. Shit I've realized everthing in moderation. That goes for all things. Completely eliminating things is not a good idea. On weekends if I feel the need to have my fun I will. Damn tonight was fun, and it's a Sunday!!! Went out, had some drinks, danced, got hit on by some girls, and although I flirted like crazy I stayed faithful. Ahhh the willpower!!! :D

Shit I forgot yesterday's dose of fina as well. So I will be doing 2cc's before I crash in bed tonight.

Gotta go work out in a few hours. Didn' take md-6 today. Taking off the whole week from it. Just Green tea whenever I feel I need it. Plus it's much healthier anyway. After this week I will only take 1 md-6 upon waking and for a pre-workout kick just 2 pills. As well green tea will be drank whenever I feel it is needed.


Worked out real hard with all out intensity!! Didn't even take any fat burners either. Just had my 2 cups of green tea. Felt so good.

Friday is Chest, Delts, Triceps, and Abs day.


Note to self. No more excessive milk intake. I know im partially lactose intolerant and I drank a whole half gallon of chocolate milk after my workout anyway!! Ahhh just relieved myself several times. Good shit!!!

Im so "good" sore everywhere where I should be.

Going to stick to the workout I did but add 2 more back exercises:

*Behind the neck pulldowns: (with moderate weight as this exercise has been known to put extra stress on the rotator cuff's)
- done after one arm hammer strength rows x 2 sets

*Bent over raises: (I count this as a back exercise and not just a rear delt exercise)
- done after reverse pec deck x 2 sets




**On another note since going off the fat burners I have been able to eat alot more plus I don't get that weird feeling in my stomach after taking them anymore. I can also sleep much easier. Im going to stick to the green tea from now on but I will take a pre-workout stimulant though starting next week again.

Hehehehe just had a Kit Kat!!!! MMMMMMM!!!!!!!!! All good though considering all my meals today so far was chicken breasts and stuffing with rice. For breakfast I had 3 eggs with it as well. Yummy protein!!!!

Every day I feel so much fuller and fuller. Eating more meals with alot more protein has really made a difference just in the past week alone. It's crazy. Makes my kind of pissed at myself being a shithead all summer. Oh well I had my fun at least. But still. Feeling really good and really solid. Plus im hungry all the time and I LOVE to EAT!!!!!

Doing my sus shot one day late. Was running out of pins but picking up some more. Doing it all in my quad as well along with the 1 1/2cc fina.

Feeling really good today. Lowering femera dose to 1.25mg eod now. Im bulking now and don't really need it anymore anyway since my sus dose is pretty low at this point.
 
Yeah well the foam party was really good EXCEPT!!!!.........
Fell of the stage coming from the backstage to the front stage and my left foot is fuckin hurting really bad. Took some advils to help it. Then a big fight almost breaks out and im right in the middle stopping it from happening. On the plus note though I got hit on by a good amount of girls(what else is new. hehehe) and it was so funny because the girls kept asking me if I was on steroids and shit. heehee

Don't know if I'll be able to workout on Monday if this foot keeps hurting me. Maybe I will just do a few exercises that doesn't aggravate my foot problem any further. We'll see.
 
Well foot is still hurting a good amount. Going to take off today but I am going to train tommorow. Im going to do everything except for lunges and calf work.

Haven't been taking any fat burners or green tea in the morning. Feeling good now. I feel a little groggy when I wake up but after a good 15 minutes im up. I guess my body normalized fast from being off the fat burners already.
 
Gave my foot some extra rest again today. I have to train tommorow though definately. I think im just going to do Back, biceps, and some forearms. Starting my workout with Deadlifts though.

Behind the neck pulldowns x 2 sets

**Then 1 all out set of barbell squats with 225/ass to the floor for as many reps as possible. Gotta get some legs in there as well even though deadlifts does hit them to a certain degree as well.


***Pre-workout boost will consist of 1 cup of coffee plus 2 cups of green tea. So far no ephedrine yet. Taking a good long break from my traditional ECA based stacks. Just some caffeine will do for now

Then next workout after that is on Monday and it will be Chest, Triceps, Biceps, Delts and Forearms.


Well ended up doing a short Biceps and Forearms workout today. Tommorow I will do some abs and maybe some legs before it. Just a little bit though.

I feel great today. Needed that sleep so bad. I think im going to make weed a regular part of my routine when im on a cycle. Just a few times a week though. 2-3 times shouldn't be that bad and only a few hits. Not to get FUCKED UP but just to feel nice.

Ahhh home sweet home. I was freezing my ass off tonight. Was outside working most of the night and not inside like usual. :mad: Thank God I get to rest my foot. Shit is still hurting me. Need to rest it as much as possible. Sucks I can't do any calf work or lunges at all for a while. Wonder if I might have fractured a bone slightly.... :( Oh well time to eat and relax.

Chest, Triceps, Delts, and (Abs. Done at home)

**Back off from heavy E-Z bar overhead tricep extensions. Start off first with cable overheads then E-Z bar overheads. Elbow problems starting to flare up again.

Really liked my last chest and delt workout so Im going to stick with it. Triceps will be changed though. Adding more volume to it as I think my triceps will respond better and I think they could use it. Mostly focusing on the long head so alot of overhead extension movements. Need the extra bulk on my arms.

**For Triceps -

Cable overhead extension x 4 sets

E-Z bar overhead extensions x 4 sets

V-bar pushdowns x 4 sets



*Abs will be done at home from now on. Leg raised crunches will be the main ab exercise now. Just maintainance for abs now. Some side sit-ups as well to maintain the obliques but not too much as the added overall weight will destroy my taper.
 
Time to blaze again tonight. Eat, relax, chill for a bit, then sleep. Wake up, shit, eat, then im off to the gym for a good hardcore workout! :havoc:

*Note to self. Shoot up sus in right pec after the gym.
 
Just got home and I am fuckin beat! Had a great workout today. Incline dumbell presses 110's each hand for 12 easy reps. Next week gonna go for the 120's!!

Felt good doing more sets for triceps as well. Im going to skip abs today and do them on the upcoming leg day instead. Too exhausted.

*Note to self. No smoking up the day before a workout. Felt a lil groggy today and if it weren't for the pre-workout energy drink I might have had a less than ideal workout. Slept enough too but it just stayed in my system all day. Oh well still had a great workout.

I slept a good 9 1/2 hours. Made up for yesterday since I only slept 5 hours. Don't feel fully refreshed though because I keep waking up in the middle of the night to take a fuckin piss!!! Lookin good today. Muscles look full but I lost my tan completely and im gaining some fat. :( Oh well...
 
Dropping femera dose to 1/4cc eod instead of 1/2 cc eod. Gotta train tommorow before work. Sucks should have worked out tonight but I was too tired. Had no sleep yesterday as I was woken up real early today.
 
Had a great workout today! Deadlifted 505 for 2 on my power sets then 405 for 6 without touching the floor after each rep. I am actually suprised considering I didn't eat before my workout. Just some glutamine and gree tea and some carbs.

Did smoke a lil yesterday but only a small amount. It was perfect. I was just in a nice relaxed state and wasn't fucked up.

Foot is healing nicely as well. Hurting still but just a bit.

3 more amps left and im done. :( Time to let the body normalize and recover.

Gotta work tonight. Sucks.... Im tired of bouncing already.

No more sus shots. Decided not to do today's doseage either. Gonna give the other 3 to a friend. I have some fina still though so by the time the sus has cleared actively from my system the fina will all be gone as well. Since I was doing 1 1/2 cc's of the fina gonna do 2cc's for one last kick til it's done. Finally over. I was going to train today but I decided not to. Just gonna work on my P.T. shit today. Gotta finish all this by this weekend definately!! Might even finish it all by tommorow night. Hopefully.
 
On another note I went off anti-estrogens for now as I feel I don't need it. I know I am not estrogen or progesterone sensitive anyway and don't care about the bloat. Plus I wanna save it all for post cycle. Femera is my anti-estrogen of choice. Drug-wise for post cycle recovery just Going to do clomid and femera. 100mg clomid first 7 days then 50mg next 7 days. 1.25mg femera eod for 6 weeks. Then stop everything until next March/April.
 
Did some cardio today on the Precor and worked up a good sweat. Damn it's been a while since I've done cardio.

Just shot up 1.75cc's of fina just now. The rest from now on til I'm finished will be 2cc's as I had planned.

Decided to get back on anti-estrogens as well. I feel the quality of my :( :( have decreased in size ever since I stopped taking the femera. Just frontloaded 2.5mg (1cc) then going to do 3/4cc eod for the remainder of the cycle as well as for at least another 6 weeks post cycle. Might up it to 1cc eod though post cycle though. Not a huge difference anyway.

Foot is practically fully healed. Still feels a little funny depending on what I do though. Next next leg workout I will start doing calf work and incorporating lunges again.

BTW - I notice the effects already from the femera in terms of water bloat. Let's see how they do for my :) :) .

Wide grip pulldowns x 4 sets (2 are warm-up sets)

One arm dumbell rows x 4 sets

Behind the neck pulldowns x 2 sets

Reverse pec deck x 1 set

Dumbell shrugs x 2 sets

Dumbell alternating curls x 3 sets

Reverse wrist curls x 1 set

Wrist curls x 1 set

Hammer wrist curls x 1 set



*Wednesday - legs (done every other week as well as calf work)

Squats x 3 sets (2 are warm-up sets)

Leg presses x 1 set

Adductor machine x 1 set

Cardio - 20 minutes non-impact cardio



*Friday - chest, triceps, delts

Incline dumbell presses x 4 sets (2 are warm-up sets)

Decline hammer strength presses x 2 sets

Incline flyes x 2 sets

Dips x 2 sets

Cable overhead extensions x 3 sets

E-Z bar overhead extensions x 3 sets

One arm dumbell lateral raises x 3 sets



*Saturday - abs and cardio

Abs (whatever I feel like doing)

cardio - 30 minutes of non-impact cardio



**Alternating Back workout**

Deadlifts x 5 sets (3 are warm-up sets)

Hammer strength diagnol pulldowns x 3 sets (1 warm-up)

One arm dumbell rows x 2 sets

Reverse pec deck x 2 sets

Dumbell shrugs x 1 set

Dumbell alternating curls x 2 sets

Hammer curls x 1 set

Barbell preacher curls x 1 set

Forearm work same as other back workout.


***Every other week during the week of deadlifts no training legs. Just cardio on leg day for 30 minutes and then calf work and that's it.

Buy oatmeal and have a serving with whatever is for breakfast.

**Also make it a point to eat at least one red meat meal a day.

**Lastly a salmon meal at least 2 times a week.


**By post cycle make this religious.
 
Going to train today at Bally's since my friend wants me to go with her. So I will change my routine a bit.

As usual I didn't do as I had planned. Still had a good workout though. Did cardio for 15 minutes after the weights at a fast pace.

Only a little fina left. :( I say 2-3 shots at the most left in my bottle.

Anyway tommorow I'm just going to do some cardio for a half an hour. No legs as legs are still sore from my last leg workout and from the fast paced cardio which my body still hasn't gotten used to.

This Saturday no working out. No cardio or abs. **On Saturday's before the Monday when I do deadlifts I am not going to workout abs or do cardio as I want all my leg strength and stabilizer muscles to be 100% when I deadlift.
 
Through the rest of my fina away. I had 5cc's left. I am done with fina. Maybe steroids forever. Too much shit has been happening and too many thoughts on my mind. I may actually turn back into the old me. If I decide to go back on steroids I will definately not use this drug ever again. Halo and all the other "make you crazy" drugs are also out of the question. I know when it comes down to it it comes down to you but I also know that these compounds can enhance your aggression. I just don't know anymore. I feel like I have no control....
