Results vary. E. uses a different mechanism than clen does, and can be used in the weeks that you are off from clen, but it actually works a little better as time goes on, so staying on ephedra for a few weeks at a shot actually will give slightly better results. As far as cycling - no, it doesn't work like clen. Taper up to where you start to get the shakes, stay there for a few weeks and then TAPER DOWN to avoid a crash. In my experience 5 weeks is a good length to stay on, not counting the taper up and down.
