It is simple. In the old days we had natural selection of humans and animals. This is a fact, not my opinion.

The strongest survived and made the species strong since the weak were eliminated and only the strong remained. People that couldn't keep up were left behind, people that couldn't cope didn't and wondered away.

Animals that were weak were unable to survive and their peers either left them behind or ate them, afterall why waste good meat.

Birds that were weak or not perfect were pushed out of the nest.

So that was then. We were a number of strong people with strong animals to use to work for us and to eat.

Now we have people trying to push whales back into the ocean when they intentionally beach themselves to die we have people taking little birdies that "fall" out of their nests to the local bird snactuary where they will die anyway.
Then we have all the other people that spend their lives dealing with the outcasts of stupid people that allow their animals to breed to over populate and then are not wanted. There are those that spend their life dealing with this situation ignoring their job in the world to take care of people.

So this leaves us in a siutuation where our priorities are so screwed up we have people starving and animals living in a heated house or having a nice binky over them in a little warm place.

I am sure all the homeless human beings would be happy for just a fraction of this attention.

Bottom line is we have our priorities a bit clouded.

So our future is degenerated already.

I see your point. My Boxers are spoiled, but they are also good guard dogs. People have been using animals to our advantage for thousands of years. But that doesn't make it OK to bang 'em.

All my dogs were well taken care of. "Spoiling" a dog is not good for a dog or its owner. They are dogs and I loved em although they were there for protection and for my use.

A dog will have sex with a goat, so your previous posts are very silly. I lived on farms in Russia and there were three dogs in a village that tried to mount and actually did other smaller animals. Sex for animals are not like sex with humans. That is why you have mules and jackasses, just like in humankind. Get the pun?

Interesting... the idea of regulating sexual behaviors in the name of keeping diseases in check.

You know, there are some sexual practices that take place even now that are already spreading the current AIDS (not the "next" one). And no, I'm not pointing fingers and flinging shit -- its simple data furnished by the CDC.

Should these regulations apply to this situation as well?

In a perfect world, we would require people to wear condoms with their casual partners and only have unprotected sex when they are both tested and on birth control OR agree to have a child... This would minimize the spread of diseases by people who:
1- Don't know they have them.
OR
2-Don't care they have them.

Laws like this could also put a cap on the number of unwanted pregnancies from people who:
1-Didn't want to have kids.
OR
2-Were made to father/mother a child by the other party who did want one...

But, in a perfect world we are NOT living. In a world where we regulated people's lives like this, is NOT a world I would want to live in, or many of you for that matter... So while your observation is a good one. I don't think we could ever, or would ever want to regulate human sexual activities to such that level...
