Judge final verdict:

Mikey got a reasonable streamlined physique, nothing really big or intimidating, but all the parts fit together in an OK manner.

One thing he definately naturally lacks is shoulderwidth (narror frame). He could opt to take a bunch of roids and make boulders shoulders, but than it would be obvious that is chest and arms and lats are really waferthin muscularity and he would need to upgrade that as well to restore symmetry. All in all a nice cover for Mens Health.

Come on women I need some more responses. what body on a man wants you to rip his clothes of and... Thats what I need. I'm 5'11 190 w 6-8 percent bf. I could either go up to 230 or 240 with 10-14 percent bf or only go up a bit to 200 with the same bf percent. Come on ladies I'm at the x roads and need some help deciding what to do.
 
Jubei...since it's summer, don't bulk up right now...stay with a lower bf. Once fall comes and you'll be wearing more clothes, fill them in then. Men look great when they're bulking in colder months.
 
I have what I need to not worry about looking bulked for summer in the form of: liquidex, nolvadex, eca, yohimburn df and would be planning on a light cycle of test to add about 10-15 lbs. of muslce and lose 5 lbs. or 2 percent bodyfat. The question really is what type of body do you think is sexiest? What physically attracts you the most of a mans body? Posting a pic would be best.

I think women have different tastes, a lot of my friends seem to like the fitness model look. I like several body types, but the sexiest is probably tall, broad shoulders, and some nice full muscles with maybe like 10-12% fat - no gut, but not ripped. And NATURAL. I'm not into the freaky size (sexually).
 
I like big strong men. A little tummy doesn't bother me at all. But I am a good bit older than some of you.
Jubei - Your stats sound about perfect....yummy in fact. Go up to 200# if you can this summer but save the real bulking for fall and winter.
 
one word....

muscles.

I love a ripped, shredded guy. Swole arms, Nice muscular back, tapered waist. The more weight the better. I am going to have to start working out by myself, because I simply cannot concentrate on my workout at my gym with all these swole guys walking around.

It's a no-brainer, if you wish to take into account the broadest consensus of what women in this country want. Most of them don't want a huge guy, so if pleasing them is important, don't go up to 230-240. Staying around 200 is a much better choice.
 
Yeah I think I'll stay under 210 lbs. I want to get back into martial arts so being too heavy really wouldn't be an advantage. Also it will be healthier and easier to maintain. Still, I thought there were more women who liked the "brad pitt fight club look". I'm surprised not even one woman has stated this as their favorite look.

I love theater and have some friends who are actors/directors in Tampa. The simplicity of live theater makes the quality of acting even that much more important to making it a good show.

Anyway, yeah, your friend has an awesome physique! My daughter just came in and said, "let me guess...you like his abs, pecs and his shoulders." She was right, but although I appreciate all of the hard work it takes to look like that, I'd prefer a little higher bf%. I'm also a sucker for a guy who has the dark hair, eyes and skin, and the 5 o'clock shadow thing going on...just like my husband. He should be home from the gym with pizza soon....tonight is our cheat night. I'm thinkin a little cardio is in store for tonight. ;)

I like TALL and BIG. A little smooth is ok, the guy doesn't have to be freaky ripped, but if he wants to be and isn't a bitch about it - YEAY!

I like guys that are above 6' and in the mid 200's with nice legs, good glutes, EXCELLENT lats, forearms... pecs, abs and B-A-C-K.

Ditto! I like the feeling of security you have when a guy is real big. Plus, they're cuddly like teddy bears!

BD...natty means natural...as in no steroid use to build muscle.

Doesn't matter to me...natty or not...muscle is muscle! Just like boobs...small or big...natural or fake...they're all good!

I`m 6"4 with broad shoulders. I like my face.

I just have too high bf (20ish now) and some estrogenous fat, and stretch marks. Im cutting now. I hope it will do me good.

I weigh about 253 lbs
