Spatts, I don't check out this board often, but did today....so here is my opinion/options...
First of all, holy crap you have big quads, I thought I did, but you have me beat by several inches.
I wear a size 26 Champion when in the 165s, but my quads are only 26 inches.
Major thing, make sure you are using suit slippers and have someone to help you in the suit. The first time in any of their gear seems to be the hardest.
I DO have the huge hips, ass....issue as well, and it seems to work the best by working on hip up, then the other until you can yank if over the hinny.

It may take you a good half hour the first time.
If you do order a bigger size, it is easy to alter it yourself. I just zip the sides in as needed. Usually leave the bands on the legs as-is to reduce the amount of bruising and cuts, but take it in everywhere else.
