Ladies, is a guys past promiscuity a factor

I am constantly reading threads of how guys are appaled by a girls past promiscuity. This makes me laugh 'cause these are the same guys that are always talking about how they want a girl that does this or that. Personally, to me it doesn't matter what anyone has done in the past, what matters is what they are doing right now. If I am being exclusive with some one, all that matters is that they are also being exclusive with me. Who gives a shit about the past, honestly, I don't even ask.

What I have not yet read on these boards is what women think of a mans past. Are women turned off by guys who have a large number of previous encounters.

I am willing to wager if there were (perhaps there was before) about whether a man cared of a woman's sexual past, dollars to donuts an ovewhelming majority of men while they may not prefer virgins would definitely find a woman who was as sexually experienced as them a turn-off.
