hey girls.....I am posting for my wife since I already have an account. I been lifting for years but when it comes ot females, I want to come to the right place for feedback on a weightloss cycle.

My wife is going to use T3/Clen for a cycle. She wants to lose weight and nothing works for her. Aerobics, weights, dieting, etc. I told her how us guys use T3/Clen for cutting and weightloss and she has been turned onto it. However, I do not want her ot misuse it at all. If some of you could be so kind and answer some questions I have, we would really appreciate it.

#1 - how should she run the cycle? 2 weeks on/2 weeks off? of 6 weeks on then get off?

#2 - what doses should be taken? ramp up then down, or a constant dose such as 50mcg ed for the duration of the cycle?

#3 - this will be her first run with both chemicals and she is aware ofthe sides of them both. Can I see some examples of what she should do for her cycle PLEASE???

Thank you in advance ladies......I am glad EF has a forum dedicated to the ones who put up with our shit day in and day out!

You're probably going to get a lot of responses to this in regards to diet and training. usually, when weightloss stops, it's because of too much cardio and too little food or bad food choices.

I think Shadow or QT can give you a dosing schedule for females, but there are different ideas in this forum about how it should be taken... I feel that it should be ramped up and down for a 2 week duration.

My honest opinion on clen/t3 is that it's only a temporary fix. It works well for competitors who need to drop that last bit of fat before contest, but it's not permanent loss. women who use clen usually gain the weight right back after they use it, plus some. I wouldn't recommend it for this reason.

If you're open to other ideas, please post her diet/cardio/training & bf% for us. we might be able to tweak things so that she can drop the weight naturally and keep it off.

The basic truth of "fitness" is that your body responds to your lifestyle. I lifted for 20 yrs before I really discovered the power of a focused diet. It isn't just "dieting" but rather a lifestyle that is optimized to support your goals. I would hesitate to believe that "nothing works, tried everything" and the only option left is self-medicating w/ thyroid meds. And even that is still only a SUPPLEMENT to an already solid diet & training program.

Can you post up current diet in detail & training - willing to be we can find at least a few places to tweak to get some results before throwing all the marbles into the drugs approach. Its still her decision to go w/ the drugs or not, but the diet is still going to determine how well any of that works.

T3 without an AAS might cause some serious muscle loss - which, in turn, can reduce her metabolism.

Clen is INDIVIDUAL dependant, not gender. Start low, and ramp up. Make sure you supp Taurine and Potassium.

I have used both - and I think both are WAYYYYYYYY overrated for fat loss. I had MUCH MUCH better luck with a clean diet and Thermorexin from the AF Store.
