I been plucking mine for the last while. I have waxed them in the past and screwed them up royal. I find if I stay on top of them plucking strays weekly then it never gets to out of control. I also have special scissors that I use to trim them as well.
I stopped getting them waxed as they were waxing them way to thin trying to get the shape identical. I got them thread a couple of times but that hurts so dam much I would rather pluck them myself. The more I do it the better I get at keeping them in shape.
The last time I payed to get them done I went to a Benefit brow bar they will give you tips on how to shape and grom them yourself. It was more pricey then the waxing and threading but she helped me get them in the shape I wanted them which is thicker more natural. I am not sure where your located but check and see if there is one close to you
