B BigWill New member Oct 20, 2001 #9 Dont take L-glut with protein. The protein limits the absorbtion of the glut. Take it on an empty stomach with water. It is pretty cheap: $25 for 500 grams which should last you for a LONG time at 20 gms ed. Split the doses up.
