What are the benefits of L-carinitine, some dude meathead on youtube was saying it was really good and wanted everyone to buy His product and was giving an offer code and everyone in the comment section was raving about it and saying how great the guy was. Personally I think it's a big scam is the supplement really that good

To me it is overrated and not worth buying but if you had it for free why not take it. If you diet is proper you won't need to supplement with aminos.
