Eeewwwwwwww. Hopefully they're combining a pack of cigarettes and a case of beer with that! But this just goes to prove that the people attibuting their eating dysfuncions to a particular diet will and do still eat improperly.
I did Atkins and lost almost 55lbs from it. But I still made sure my fats were the good kind and not the bad kind. I use more of a modified Atkins now, with more carbs, but I still watch which fats I'm taking in. I'll be taking a look into CKD in another 3 months once my current regimine is complete.
The BodyOpus diet is, if I recall correctly, about 75% fat. Imagine trying to get enough calories of good fat.
