lets face it - the main reason most of us spend so much time in this game is for self esteem and looking great.

kovacs just had all those years ripped away from him and might as well have been back at square one.

i feel sorry for him, but at the same time if you play with fire.....

Chad Nichols has been training him, actually.

I saw a picture of him from the Olympia and his belly has to be about half the size it was. Chad also said he's getting some definition on him, as well as fixing all of the assymetries on him.

He'll be ready to do some damage at the NOC this year.

I met him at this club he frequently visits in Toronto. He told me he's pre-competition weight right now is 350lbs.. good guy to talk to. Here's a pic we took that night.
