I have two screws in my left leg which give me alot of problems with squating.
Not that I can't do them I just can't get the full range of motion, I can only go about 3/4 of the way seated. Is this causing more damage to my knees than full range of motion squats. I can't live without doing squats so what would be some suggestions.Appreciate any input.
