Ok guys tell me what you think. Ive had several posts about my minicycle but here is a run down again.

Ok then this past week I started Ultra wides for a heavy set of five. Ok well I did warm up with the bar for 5 reps, 95lbs for 5, 135lbs for 5, 185lbs for 5, 225lbs for 5, 275lbs for 5, then I went to 315 and could only get two reps. Whats up with that??? Before I started Westside I could get two reps with 315. All my assistance work for tris, back, and shoulders have significantly gone up as well. I would have figured with all assistance work and ME exercises improving like they did that I would have hit 315 for 5. I was a little sick this week so maybe that had a little to do with it but who knows. I know all that matters in the end is what I can do in a meet but that has really bothered me. I was sure that 315 wouldve been easier after my set with 275. I could have done probably 8-12reps with 275(which is good for me) but 315 was horrible. What do you guys think?
