The key to your success is BALANCE! Eating nothing but protien puts you at risk of Protien Poisoning. Your body works on homeostasis and is extremely complex, it requires fats, carbs as well as protien to be efficient. Maintain a balanced caloric intake and increase you daily activity, do more than just pushing weights. Try runninng hills up and down, the benefit here is that running down will use to antagonist muscles. This is an all out workout dont be a pussy and run to the top and walk down, run 2/3 of the way up and back down 1/3 and back up again this will help with increasing activity while turning your body into a metabolic furnace without all the pills and shit. If you hate this then try something else but the idea is to get your body to burn calories even when you are doing nothing!
