how do you guys train when doing a keto style diet?

do you just keep your routine the same or do you a special workout after carb up to help depleting your muscles?

what about cardio?
 
While I was going it my splits look like this

Sat morning- Full body intense balls to the wall training
Sun Off
Monday leg day (biggest muscle group, most glycogen used up)
Tusday Back/Chest (Next big group of muscle)
Thursday Bi/Tri/Shoulder
Friday cardio if I could get motivated to :)
 
CKD:

Monday - Back/Shoulders/Biceps
Tuesday - Chest/Triceps/Legs
Wednesday - Friday - Off
Saturday - Full body depletion workout
Sunday - Off
