Question on dosing. It says to take 2 a day do you rake them both at once or split them out 12 hours. What's the half life?

usually I give most ph's a few hours of half life I haven't looked up the exact half life of this one in a few years I'll bump this to the top so others can see it to see if they remember off the top of their head. I will research the half life as well

I like to split orals up into multiple doses but if taking them at once is better for you then that's what if do.
