Bam... been holding onto this bottle of v 3.0 for about 3 weeks now and just got back from Las Vegas...
For the past month i've been running
200mg test cyp per week (trt)
50mcg t3
40iu of PGCL
10mg gw
in a cutting diet, i've dropped 14 lbs, coming off that during this past week i've rebound to a new set point of 206 and 12%bf which is where i will be starting this katanadrol v3.0..
Now i've run katanadrol before, heck i think i still have 1 bottld of v1..
In the past it's had the perceived results as a low dose anavar run..
During this review of the product I'm still in a cutting mode, and have lost about 30% strength due to the afore mentioned routine, which is expected but after 1 month of cyp i'm still a little puffy and the test is starting to kick in, not that i expect any strength gains at 200mg.. after 4 weeks my expected bw would be in the high 900s for test..
I have 2 weeks til my next event (visiting with the family) so i'm hoping to hit the magic 197 which will take me to 10% bf.. without any additional strength loss, and I hope to have some strength gain with this..
I'll be doing 5-7X week cardio (thanks gw for that ability) and strength training (endurance) 3-4x week depending on my recovery ability with the katana..
diet... I'm sub maintenance and will stay at about 2700 cals for the duration now that i'm not traveling with high protein/fats low carbs..
the only adjustment to carbs is if i start feeling run down due to low blood sugar levels and if that happens i'll add additional dark green veggies to 2 meals.. I'm not a big pwo dextrose person as in the past that cause me to store fat..
