Goals: cut and lean bulk
Feeling solid.. Got some lower back pumps and really seized up playing 5-a side soccer
I workout
I have lost 9kg since January but gained 2 inches on my chest and my lats are getting a lot bigger - so I guess this cycle is for refinement..
Diet is always in check -
Salmon/chicken/ground beef
Green veg only
Cottage cheese/almonds/eggs
Whey isolate and an all in one when I know I haven't got that extra meal..
Just wanna know when I will start seeing the changes? With my previous tri tren blen and test prop cycle I got seriously hungry very early on and the sweats.. My main gains came towards the middle to end..
