I thought since we always ask advice on training and diet I'd ask advice on anti-trainign and anti-diet!!!
Tomorrow is the fourth anniversary of my 29th birthday and I am preparing to spend it being horribly bad!!!
Beginning at midnite tonite I am officially playing hard! For the next 2 days Kaizen will be achieving excellence at good food, good wine and good sex!! The gym will not see my smiling face!!! My cardio will be far more interesting as I dance the nights away and hundreds will be subjected to abject horror as I indulge my fantasy of being a rock star and make all my friends go to the local karaoke bar!!!
Am I missing anything? Any suggestions? I will take specific as well as general requests to act out on others behalfs!! My gift to all of you!!!
