just started cycle-shitty workout

Hey guys... I feel shitty... I just got back from the gym and i only did one set. it was chest day and i was doing incline db presses to start out with. I usually hit 8 reps at 95lbs. So i get in there, and my spotter was a dumbass and i think he messed me up. He kept his hands on the side of the DB's the whole time and i couldnt get it 5 times probably bc he was throwing me off by holding the DB;s... so i just decided to go out and save the workout for tomorrow... do you think the spotter was throwing me off, or was it me?
 
I can't tell you if it was the spotter or not but when ever I start a cycle I am always pumped to hit the gym and go ballz to the wall. Are you feeling okay today ? and sickness or lack of enegry that would have caused you to have a bad workout ?

i slept a whole lot today. Usually when i oversleep i lose energy... And i was yawning as i was walking into the gym... I went to bed at 4:00 this morning and slept until around 6:00 or so... Just getting up every once and a while to take my pills and eat
 
I would suggest throwing an E/C/ stack in there on the days when you have a lack of energy but be careful as it may increase your blood pressure which is not good
