Hey guys... I feel shitty... I just got back from the gym and i only did one set. it was chest day and i was doing incline db presses to start out with. I usually hit 8 reps at 95lbs. So i get in there, and my spotter was a dumbass and i think he messed me up. He kept his hands on the side of the DB's the whole time and i couldnt get it 5 times probably bc he was throwing me off by holding the DB;s... so i just decided to go out and save the workout for tomorrow... do you think the spotter was throwing me off, or was it me?
