just started clen today..have ????

I would try and avoid caffeine while on Clen, definately no ECA, and limit caffeinated beverages as much as possible (so hard to stay away from Diet Pepsi). When you start your second time around, it's up to you as far as your own tolerance as where to begin. I usually start at 40mcg the first day back and then jump it 60 the next day, then 80 to 100mcg depending how shaky or nervous I am. It all depends on you.

also is it smart to take 2 doses a day..say im at 120mcg take 60mcg in the morn and 60 mcg midday

Take it all at once..it will stay in your system all day anyway. And when you go back on after your 2 week break..i wouldn't start where you left off but close..something like this.

Day1 40mcg
Day 14 120mcg
Break
Day 28 100mcg

Yes, I'd split it up in to two doses to keep things flowin'.....

Take 60MCG in the morning and 60MCG in the early afternoon......not too close to bedtime so you can still get some sleep.

you can take it all at once, the halk life is long enough anyways, just as halfaclue stated.

You don't have to do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, many people used to do this but many now use for 3 weeks or more, supplementing with taurine.
 
I just started taking clen for the first time on friday (5 days ago) and I havn't noticed anything!
I check it out the clen, its the real deal, and the source is Very trustworthy.
I took:
2 tabs on the 1st day
4 tabs on the 2nd day
5 tabs on the 3rd day
6 tabs on the 4th day
7 tabs on the 5th day
Should I notice something?
I dont notice anything, no headachs, no energy, no shakes nothing?
Just wanted to ask how long it takes to notice somthing?
 
Clen is not like ECA, where you will noticeably feel shaking or sweating. Some people just barely notice slight hand trembling.

if the tabs you have are 20mcg (they also have 40mcg ones) then just hang around 6-7 tabs for a week and then if you are sure you don't feel anything, then maybe bump it up one.

Like I said, most people don't have very noticeable sides with clen, and then some people do.

As far as energy, clen makes some people feel tired. If you take it late in the day and have trouble sleeping, then it is most likely working.
 
When I used clen, I just felt slightly warmer, but no profuse sweating like T-rex or similar. I didn't shake, although my hands slightly trembled.
