What a timely thread! I was about to do a search on this. I'd also love to see pics of how you rigged that up.

And, uh ... don't suppose anyone has pics of how to rig up a glute-ham raise? :)
 
You can improvise by using a seated calf machine. Hook your feet under the pads where your knees would normally go, and face the other direction. Make sure you have someone spot you.

Well I can't post pics but Bfold did post a pic of his set up a while ago......what I did is very similar to his. I'll pm him to see if he can link to it......

But simply put......you basically need a platform that is quite high off the ground. I made it using a power rack with a bench placed across the safety bars......Bfold used some wood. To get the weight I use a dumbell held between mt feet (which is suprisingly easy to hold). Bfold probably uses a band. Hope that made sense.....
