C cheesePuss New member Sep 10, 2001 #3 I love that N-large 2...I went from 225 to 228 in a few weeks and I haven't even finished the bucket yet. I usaully take 3 scoops for breakfast, then 3 after my work out, then 3 before bed. good luck with it
