Just made a good investmant IMO...

I like it, one of the best sources for BB
around.
Much more informative than the magazines, that
just try to sell you products.

GREAT book in my opinion... some of his training philosophies are a LITTLE bit behind the times though. For example he strongly suggests training 6x per week which I think is definitely absurd. For the most part though Arnold's book is #1 in my opinion.
:D:D

Some inspirational pics too!

I think it has great content, and shows everyexercise and he comments on it. I like that! Interesting Biceps are the quickest healer in muscles, maybe I should be doing them twice a week.

Its pretty good

I think that Yates book, A Warrior Story is one of the best too, short sweet but straight to the point, no bullshit

Beyond Brawn is also good

As long as you don't follow his routines or believe much of what he says about physiology, it's a good book. :)

Arnold was the man, but he was no genius. :D

everything but the sample routines are good. the sample routines are rediculous. I do suggest dorian yates book "a warrior's story" that has great training info.

6x per week is the way to go :D :D :D :D

Arnold has heaps of books.......which one?

I enjoyed the book when i first got it(new encylopedia).......now it is just something to prop up the short leg on the couch.

To me now it is worthless. I am on a conquest for knowledge that doesnt stem from a body builders mouth.

This is the book that i am readin at the moment:
http://www.flexcart.com/members/elitefts/default.asp?m=PD&cid=134&pid=171

It shits all over arnolds books.

The only reason the arnold book is good is because of the amount of exercises he demonstrates.
(not that you need that many different excersises)

I have learnt more from this new book in 16 pages than i have in 700 of arnolds (i cant rememeber how many pages his is)

I really enjoyed the book "poliquin principals" by charles poliquin.

Super training by mell siff is in the mail. and so it a couple of others

if you can get ahold of the resistance training specialist course material, it is, hands down the best i have ever read. very well written and ALL its foundations are ground in science.

Big nate:

is there somewhere online i can purchase this material......that you know of.

I had a place book marked ages ago.....but it got deleted.

i think it was called human kinetics I THINK.

Ill have a look later.

I have three books in the mail......gonna have to wait till i read those first though. (i dont think power to the people, and mastery of hand strength will take long......they arent that scientific)

once i have finished i will order some more
