Just how good is the ruccola?

Read an article about ruccola - there they claimed that it is very healthy, because it can block carbs and reduce blood sugar. How much do you think I would need to eat to get these effects?
 
No supplement will 'block carbs'. That is just marketing hype and false advertising. Your body will absorb whatever you eat.

What supplements can do however, is increase muscle insulin sensitivity. This won't block carbs but it will help shuttle the carbs you eat into muscle cells and away from fat cells. The higher your muscle insulin sensitivity, the more carbs that will be absorbed by muscle cells and the less that will be turned into stored body fat.

If you want to spend your money on something, spend it on a good nutrient partitioning supplement like n2slin from n2bm.com. Another great supplement to take to increase muscle insulin sensitivity is fish oil. Your money would be much better spent on those two supplements.
 
I think you are talking about the natural ruccola green, then it is definitely a very good addition to your diet, because it indeed has a lot of health benefits, including the lowering of blood sugar. Therefore, it is a good idea to eat it on a regular basis.

As for the ruccolla supplements, I would not spend the money on them, since there are much more effective supplements for this purpose. All in all, it is very good to include this green in to your diet, but don't expect much from the supplement.
 
yeah I was going to say n2slin does a good job of nutrition partitioning and blocking fat from being stored. give it a shot

I have used this product with success myself. Stack it with cardarine and you have a really nice fat burning stack.
