If your going to run t3 not on any cycle id keep dose to 50mcg or less. 25 is avg daily production of t3 and to be honest i would only up it to 50mcg max if not taking an anabolic.
Since you have not taken t3 or clen I do recommend ramping doses up to assess compound tolerance. (no need to ramp down and in future no need to ramp up either once baseline doses aare established this go round)
Start t3 at 25mcg/day and clen at 40mcg/day. Keep both at that dose for 5 days. If doing well up the t3 to 50mcg and clen to 60mcg. Stay at those doses as long as effective.
With the clen were you planning 2 weeks on, 2 off or are you using ketotifen at night before bed to keep b2 receptors responsive to the clen?
