just got my psycho diol its powder iin the bottle , am i supposed to add water ? how much?

28ml water to be exact. And btw it's the same powder that is sold separately in 25g bottles, just more expensive that's all. So if you like the intra-nasal route next time buy just the powder and redo the mix, if you'll find it that is; Pat said he stopped making it and he was the only one making it so whatever is left out there is all there is. Vitaplusstore.com has it the cheapest... still.
