Im trying to lose fat, gain lean muscle....I'm about 5'6" and 125lbs....
I run/jog for 20min first thing in the morning Mon-Fri...is this enough for fat loss or should i maybe do 30 min 3 days a week?
about squats.... I do legs 2 times a week....how many sets/reps of squats should I do just for increasing lean muscle?
