I am 6' 180 lbs at about 10 %bf. Over the past 3 month (my summer break) I have only been able to eat about 1500 to 1800 cals a day. I know this is low but it is all I could eat given work etc... I am about to start my first cycle (sust 500 only for 10 weeks) and am going to eat at least 3500-4000 cals. My question is will this jump up in caloric intake make me gain alot of fat b/c it is alot more than my body is used to or b/c of the cycle will my body be able to handle that much more calories to build new muscle while only gaining minimal fat?...i know that I am going to gain some but I dont want to be a fat ass. Anybody had the same experience or any opinions on what to expect. Thanks
