In a few weeks I'll be nearing the end of my cut, which has been pretty successful so far to be honest as I've taken the whole measuring things out approach as I wanted to get it spot on. Anyway, I was just wondering... After the cut I'll be clean bulking, therefore should I jump straight into it bumping up my calories by 1000 or so, or should I eat at maintenance calories for a week or so in order to prevent any quick fat build up occuring?
I'm guessing if you guys advised that I eat at maintenance for a while, it'd be 500 more calories than I'm currently eating for cutting, then when moving on to the bulk I'd add another 500 calories on top of that?
Thanks!
